He began his journey as a VIP security ambassador for AT&T Stadium, where he honed his skills in customer service and security protocols, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of high-profile guests during major events. He advanced to the roll of security manager for SMU sporting events. In this capacity he demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational abilities, managing teams of up to 100 guards, coordinating event logistics, and maintaining a secure environment for athletes, staff, and spectators. After gaining years of experience, Justin, alongside his two brothers founded their own security company.
